YHWH for today - Powerful

James 3:5 -  Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.

Tongue

The farmers were working in a field when they heard a boy shouting - “Save me from the Tigers” help! help!. The farmers rushed to the place, but they saw the boy calmly eating and there were no tigers.

This happened many times, so the farmers decided to ignore the boy's cry for help. One day, they heard the voice of that boy yelling for help, but this time the farmers did not go to help. When they return to their place after work, found the boy badly hurt by a tiger and dead.

The tongue has the power of life and death. It can create or destroy, share love or hateful words, encourage or spread gossip, bless or curse.

2 Kings 6: 15- 18  When Elisha’s servant was discouraged by seeing the chariots surrounding the City. Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

John 2:7 - Jesus told them “Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.

Luke 8:49,50 - While Jesus was still speaking,.....“Your daughter is dead,” he said. “Don’t bother the teacher anymore.” Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.

Daniel 6:19-21 - At the first light of dawn, the king got up and hurried to the lions’ den. 20 When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?” 21 Daniel answered, “May the king live forever! 22 My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions.

The Bible is meant to inspire others, to how God helped and loved people in their lives. It shows how God guided, healed, protected, and fulfilled His promise.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Let us use our tongue wisely and live a witnessed life for His Glory.

Psalm 35:28 Then my tongue shall tell of your righteousness and your praise all the day long.

Genesis 1 - Most of the verse reflects God Said ( God Spoke)

God Bless you - The Word of YHWH be filled in you and be a blessing to others.
