THE TWO “F”S TO RECEIVE YOUR HEALING
“Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. ...” (James 5: 16)
Does God heal today? Yes, certainly. There is no doubt. Over 20 percent of the Gospel talks about the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Jesus was filled with compassion when He saw people suffering. He immediately delivered them from their problems, whenever they cried to Him. He still longs for us to call upon His name. But there are certain conditions to get healed. First, we should have faith, and the second is that we should forgive everyone who has hurt us. In Mark 11: 23-25, Jesus said that even if anyone has a problem as big as a mountain, if he commands it to go and be thrown into the sea without having any doubt in his heart, it will happen. He said, “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that You have
received it and it will be yours.” But He did not simply stop there. He added a condition to this! Jesus continued, “And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you , your sins.”
Dear friends, are you in need of healing today? Be encouraged! Your healing is at hand. First, if you have any bitterness against any person forgive them wholeheartedly. Then pin your faith on Jesus. Even if your faith is as small as a mustard seed, you will see great things happening. Nothing is impossible with God. Jesus can still heal you. So, never give up. Never lose heart. Pray to Him and receive your healing now. Amen.PRAYER: Heavenly Father, give me Your grace to forgive wholeheartedly all those who have hurt me. Help me to have faith as small as a mustard seed. I look at Jesus who is the author and perfector of my faith. I believe I am healed. Thank You for healing me. Amen.
